Cooking Venison Steaks
Cooking venison steaks is similar to cooking beef steaks but usually, venison steaks are thinner than beef steaks. So while cooking it we must be careful about the flame. It is advisable to keep the flame slow and cook them perfectly, but if one wishes to cook other than slow flame then ensure that it is kept in medium flame not more than that.
Because keeping it too high can burn out the steak outside and undercooked inside, this is awful. The method of cooking also depends on the type of venison steak. If they are round then a Dutch oven would be perfect, if they are smooth the pan would be a good choice.
